Traditionally handcrafted, the Nilotica Shea Butter found in this part of the continent has unique properties that make it distinctly different than its West African cousin. Shea Nilotica is harvested from 20-year old trees that grow exclusively in the wild in East Africa and particularly in the Nile River Valley.
