Emulse™ COLD is a liquid, natural-origin oil-in-water emulsifier designed for efficient formulation at ambient or reduced processing temperatures. It provides a flexible foundation for textures ranging from sprayable milks and emulsified serums to creams, masks, and emulsified body butters.
Fully liquid oil phases can be processed at room temperature. When waxes, butters, or other solid lipids are required, a semi-cold method allows the formulator to heat only the oil phase before combining it with the room-temperature aqueous phase.

- High shear is recommended during initial emulsification, particularly during first-pass development and in formulas with higher oil loads or greater structural complexity
- Lower-shear processing may be suitable for some systems, but the selected process should be confirmed through finished-product stability testing
