Buriti oil is a favorable ingredient throughout the cosmetic and personal-care industries, sought after by formulators for topical skin and haircare applications. Buriti Oil is one of the richest sources of the antioxidant beta-carotene, with levels exceeding that of carrot seed oil. In addition, it contains Essential Fatty Acids Linoleic and Linolenic, as well as a high level of Oleic Acid. Buriti Oil has strong antioxidant properties, protecting lipid membranes that surround all skin cells, keeping cells healthy longer while protecting skin from free radical damage.
