Seabuckthorn CO2 Extract, Total (organic)

Our Seabuckthorn Berry CO2 Total extraction is an oil extraction of the berry of the Seabuckthorn and includes the pulp, skin and seeds. Our Total Extraction contains the CO2-soluble lipophilic compounds present in the berries and is produced using CO2 supercritical extraction from certified organic Seabuckthorn berries.

Seabuckthorn berry CO2 extract is great for use in skincare for its potent moisturizing, anti-aging, and skin-healing properties, making it particularly beneficial for mature skin, dry or irritated skin, and conditions like eczema, as it is rich in vitamins, fatty acids, and antioxidants that promote cell regeneration and combat inflammation. 

Due to its vivid color, it is often blended with other oils to reduce the color intensity of the final formulation and to avoid staining the skin.

To help protect this highly nutritive extract, Organic Rosemary Leaf Extract is added at 0.2%.
