Ideal for oil-to-milk cleansers, water-in-oil (W/O) creams, and foaming cream cleansers, Polyglyceryl-3 Oleate enables beautiful, stable emulsions with a velvety texture and superior skin feel. It disperses oils easily into water upon contact, transforming balms or oils into a milky emulsion that rinses clean while leaving the skin nourished.
