If you contact us outside of normal business hours, please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
Free Shipping is offered for all qualifying minimum orders of $35+ placed within the continental USA.
For all orders placed within the continental USA that do not qualify for the free shipping option, a flat rate fee of $5.99 is available.
All available shipping options for your region will be displayed at the time of checkout. Our shipping is based on the total weight of your cart and is reflective of the current shipping costs as supplied to us by our shipping partners.

PLEASE NOTE: all applicable customs, duties and/or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Raw material products may not be returned because once shipped we can no longer guarantee the purity of the products for our customers. Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced by Dauphine Organics . In the event we make an error, we will gladly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs on domestic orders. Should we omit an item on domestic orders, we will ship it to you on notification of the shortage provided you contact us within 3 days of delivery. You agree to carefully inspect all ingredients and products upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 3 days of receiving the goods.
We pride ourselves in offering fast turnaround times, shipping most orders the same day or the next day business day. However, during busy times, we can take 1-3 days to process some orders.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has left our facility, we can not guarantee the shipping times of the carrier. If you are needing your order quickly, we always recommend upgrading your shipping to ship with a private carrier (offered at the time of checkout).
